AREA

Villa Kajuutta is a well-equipped log villa in beautiful pine terrain. There is an asphalted car road to the destination, without ferry connections. There is a carport in the yard and a lot of parking. It's about 13km to the center of Parainen and about 40km to Turku. Arrival is also possible by sea to Airisto guest harbour, which is located about 300 meters from the villa. There is also a beach in the harbour. The property is part of the 2005 holiday home fair area. The area and neighborhood is quiet.

SPA AND SAUNA

There is always warm outdoor jacuzzi at your disposal, which can be enjoyed both in summer and winter. A wood-heated hot tub is also available.

There is an electrically heated sauna and two showers.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Villa Kajuutta has large terraces with a jacuzzi and hot tub, sun loungers, a hammock and several dining groups, as well as gas grill. The gazebo with glass walls has a lounge sofa set where you can sit even in worse weather.

You can also find a lot of different yard games at the villa.

KITCHED AND DINING AREAS

The kitchen has cooking utensils and several tableware sets. The large dining table can accommodate up to 14 people. On the terrace there are several dining groups and a gas grill.

In the utility room there is another refrigerator for food and drinks.

LIVING ROOM

Villa Kajuutta has a spacious living room that connects to the dining area. The living room has a large sofa, a 60" flat screen TV, a JBL speaker and a whiteboard for meetings for example. Upstairs you will also find a lounge and a game console.

The living room has a heat-storing fireplace that creates warmth and atmosphere.

BEDS

There are always pre-made beds ready on the property. The property has beds for 14 people. The master bedroom downstairs has two single beds. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with doors, one with four beds and the other with three beds. In the upstairs lounge there are also three single beds and a double sofa bed. A baby's travel cot is available on request.
